Studio 2023/2024 - Design Brief
My team proposes three sites of interventions in Mercier-Est, our study site. The aim of these interventions is to connect existing and new greenspaces through an ecological corridor developed by active transportation movements across the site. These consolidate with the historic, sociological, economic, environmental and physical intricacies - studied in the Morphological report. Under the supervision of Dr. Pierre Gauthier from the Department of Geography, Planning & Environment at Concordia University and in tandem with community actors.
Morphological Study Report
This detailed morphological report of Mercier-Est was completed halfway through the studio course. It presents the study site's development and current tissue dynamics.
Design Brief
This document was produced as a conclusion to the studio course. It encompasses our teams consultations with community members, classmates and professors. All three interventions are featured in this document.
